Shipping & Returns
PLEASE REVIEW THESE POLICIES CAREFULLY AS THEY ARE THE TERMS OF SALE THAT GOVERN YOUR PURCHASES AT ACCS. THEY SET OUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PURCHASES, INCLUDING IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, SUCH AS THOSE IN ACCS PRODUCT WARRANTIES. YOUR PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER AT ACCS CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT THAT THESE POLICIES APPLY TO THE ORDER, SO BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Product Delivery
Once orders have been requested and payment is successful, customer support will create user accounts as well as necessary activation codes within 2 business days through proper communication mediums. And shipping of items will be initiated according to ACCS delivery policy.
Shipping Methods
After placing the order and completing the payment phase either online or manual. ACCS shall have the following policies regarding electronic and non electronic goods.
Non Tangible Goods Delivery:
Electronic goods such as user activation code; and user accounts shall be transmitted via email to the customers’ supplied email; in case customers don’t have a valid email address, accounts will be transmitted via fax.
Tangible Goods Delivery:
For tangible goods, allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of the items to your destination specified in the shipping address in the purchase application. Customers will be entitled to pay any extra shipping charges.
These items will be delivered along with an order receipt which must be signed by an authorized representative of your company after verifying that the accounts are working properly.
Service Renewal
Customers will have the ability to subscribe on a monthly basis. Billing via our certified reseller 2checkout will be conducted automatically. The subscription will be renewed automatically upon reaching the expiry date for another month, as automatic renewal is the defualt option. Before the subscription period elapses it is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform us in the event of wishing to terminate the subscription, otherwise failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of the service.

Customer Terminating Service
Customers may cancel their subscription by submitting a cancellation request form located on the products’ page via email/fax and establishing a phone call to our office informing us of the cancellation event. For refunds check refund policy on subscription services below.
ACCS Terminating Service
- In case of violation of any of the terms or policies defined by ACCS it will result in the automatic termination of services, no refunds shall be applied.
- ACCS may elect to not renew the subscription for customers after the expiry period have elapsed. ACCS shall not charge customers after the expiration period.
Refunds
The customer shall be able to request for a refund but within the first five days of receiving the good/service. Otherwise the customer will be deemed happy with our service. On top of that certain criteria may be applied according to the following:
Tangible Goods
Customers shall be able to request for a refund, given that the customer returns back the good(s) recieved from us within 5 days of actual delievery of product. Customer must submit a proof of recieval date in order for us to accept such refund. Returned items must be in original condition to qualify for replacement.
Refund will be voided if the return product is physically
damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware)
Subscription
Customers shall be able to request to for a refund, given that the customers subscription deactivation request is within 5 days from the actual payment.
Upon any termination, ACCS will deactivate your online account and you must immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
