THEY SET OUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PURCHASES, INCLUDING IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS, SUCH AS THOSE IN ACCS PRODUCT WARRANTIES. YOUR PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER AT ACCS CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT THAT THESE POLICIES APPLY TO THE ORDER, SO BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
Acceptance, effective date and amendment
Your use of ACCS hardware and software products is based on the software license and other terms and conditions in effect for the product at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable agreement at the time that you obtain or install the software or setup the hardware product. You may review the agreements for ACCS’s currently shipping products, by clicking the appropriate link below.

Products
All product details are available at ACCS Software Online website; this includes description of products and services, user guide manuals, demos, and software installers.
Pricing
Pricing information is available in the products price section in the ACCS Software website. Discount packages are available according to a quantity range base discount. Distributors and Resellers may enjoy discount rates according to the pricing information available at the pricing section in the products page. Other pricing details may be communicated via selling quotas either electronically or by fax.

ACCS provides multiple alternatives for customers to proceed with their payments;

Product Delivery
Once orders have been requested and payment is successful, customer support will create user accounts as well as necessary activation codes within 2 business days through proper communication mediums. And shipping of items will be initiated according to ACCS delivery policy.
Shipping Methods
After placing the order and completing the payment phase either online or manual. ACCS shall have the following policies regarding electronic and non electronic goods.
Non Tangible Goods Delivery:
Electronic goods such as user activation code; and user accounts shall be transmitted via email to the customers’ supplied email; in case customers don’t have a valid email address, accounts will be transmitted via fax.
Tangible Goods Delivery:
For tangible goods, allow up to 7 business days for the delivery of the items to your destination specified in the shipping address in the purchase application. Customers will be entitled to pay any extra shipping charges.
These items will be delivered along with an order receipt which must be signed by an authorized representative of your company after verifying that the accounts are working properly.
Service Renewal
Customers will have the ability to subscribe on a monthly basis. Billing via our certified reseller 2checkout will be conducted automatically. The subscription will be renewed automatically upon reaching the expiry date for another month, as automatic renewal is the defualt option. Before the subscription period elapses it is the sole responsibility of the customer to inform us in the event of wishing to terminate the subscription, otherwise failure to do so will result in automatic renewal of the service.
Service Termination
Customer Terminating Service
Customers may cancel their subscription by submitting a cancellation request form located on the products’ page via email/fax and establishing a phone call to our office informing us of the cancellation event. For refunds check refund policy on subscription services below.
ACCS Terminating Service
- In case of violation of any of the terms or policies defined by ACCS it will result in the automatic termination of services, no refunds shall be applied.
- ACCS may elect to not renew the subscription for customers after the expiry period have elapsed. ACCS shall not charge customers after the expiration period.
Refunds
The customer shall be able to request for a refund but within the first five days of receiving the good/service. Otherwise the customer will be deemed happy with our service. On top of that certain criteria may be applied according to the following:
Tangible Goods
Customers shall be able to request for a refund, given that the customer returns back the good(s) recieved from us within 5 days of actual delievery of product. Customer must submit a proof of recieval date in order for us to accept such refund. Returned items must be in original condition to qualify for replacement. Refund will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware)
Subscription
Customers shall be able to request to for a refund, given that the customers subscription deactivation request is within 5 days from the actual payment.
Upon any termination, ACCS will deactivate your online account and you must immediately discontinue use of the subscription product. Your obligation to pay accrued charges and fees shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- No oral or written information or advice given by ACCS, its dealers, distributors, agents or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of any warranty provided herein.
- ACCS provides no remedies or warranties, whether express or implied, for any sample application code, trial version and the not for resale version of the software. Any sample application code, trial version and the not for resale version of the software are provided "as is".
- Customers should notify us within 7 days of the delivery of all purchased items for any defective goods. During this period if the customer receives a defective hardware item, the customer must return this item to us and we will ship a new item to the customer in replace for the defective item, given that the return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware)
License Restrictions
- You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt or translate the ACCS Software’s/ Services, or decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the ACCS Software’s/ Services to a human-perceivable form.
- Unless otherwise provided herein, you may not rent, lease, or sublicense the ACCS Software’s/ Services.
- Unless otherwise provided herein, you may not modify the Software or create derivative works based upon the Software.
- You shall not use the ACCS Software’s/ Services to develop any product having the same primary function as ACCS Software’s/ Services.
Limitation of Liability
- Client assumes all liability for its use of ACCS's services.
- ACCS assumes no liability for disruptions in service or improper operation of its equipment or software for any reason, including, without limitation, vandalism, theft, phone service outages, Internet disruptions, human error, extreme or severe weather conditions or any other causes commonly referred to as "Acts of God".
- ACCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with this agreement, the web site, the services, the inability to use the services, or those resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the services.
- ACCS assumes no liability for client’s failure to perform in accordance with this agreement or any results caused by acts, omissions or negligence of the client, a subcontractor or an agent of client or an employee of any one to them, nor shall ACCS have any liability for claims of third parties, including, but not limited to, claims of third parties arising out of or resulting from, or in connection with, client's products, services, messages, programs, caller contracts, promotions, advertising, infringement or any claim for libel or slander or for violation of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
ACCS does not warrant that the ACCS Software’s/ Services is error-free or will operate without interruption. The software is not designed, intended or licensed for use in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe controls, including without limitation, the design, construction, maintenance or operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, and life support systems. Privacy
ACCS's Privacy Policy is posted on ACCS's web site and is incorporated herein by reference. ACCS reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time as it deems appropriate. Any changes will become effective when posted to the web site. The continued use of ACCS's Services after any change will be deemed acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
Consent to use of data
You agree that ACCS may collect and use technical information you provide in relation to support services related to the Software Product. ACCS agrees not to use this information in a form that personally identifies you except to the extent necessary to provide such services.
Headings
The headings herein are inserted as a matter of convenience only and do not define, limit, or describe the scope of this Agreement or the intent of the provisions hereof.
Severability of Provisions
Each provision of this Agreement shall be considered severable; and if, for any reason, any provision or provisions herein are determined to be invalid and contrary to any existing or future law, such invalidity shall not impair the operation of or affect those portions of this Agreement which are valid.
Intellectual Property
Except for the rights expressly granted herein, this Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property or technology of ACCS to the client and all rights, title and interest in such intellectual property and technology, whether developed, licensed or owned by ACCS shall remain with ACCS. Client agrees that s/he will not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or other trade secrets of ACCS.
The Software Product is protected by international copyright laws and treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
Other Terms & Conditions
- ACCS is not responsible for typographical errors. ACCS reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the ACCS Online Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
- ACCS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the ACCS Online Store at any time.
- ACCS may make changes to any products or services offered at the ACCS Online Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the ACCS Online Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and ACCS Online makes no commitment to update the information provided at the ACCS Online Store with respect to such products and services.
- ACCS reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the ACCS Online Store, or to any portion of the ACCS Online Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the ACCS Online Store, or any portion of the ACCS Online Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the ACCS Online Store, or any portion of the ACCS Online Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
- To the extent permitted by law, all sales at the ACCS Online Store are governed by United Arab Emirates law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
- These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
